Time Zone Update

Quick FYI - the time difference between China and Philadelphia is just 12 hours now, not 13 as I originally thought. This is because the Chinese time is not adjusted when we turn our clocks ahead an hour for daylight savings time in the Spring. The time difference will go back to 13 hours in the Fall, when we turn our clocks back in the US.
